You may have some concerns before your appointment.  Hopefully you can find an easy answer below.  Please contact us if you have any other concerns.

Can I fill out registration forms prior to my visit? Yes. Go to Patient Forms and print, complete and bring with you to your visit. Be sure to bring in your insurance card and a photo id so we can make a copy.

How do I know if I need a referral? 

Please contact your insurance carrier prior to your visit.  You should also confirm that your referral has been received by us.  The referral has to be specific for the provider who you are scheduled to see.  If there are discrepancies your visit may not be covered and we will have to reschedule your appointment.

Will I be seen without a referral?

Unfortunately no. If you arrive without a referral and your insurance requires one, you will need to reschedule your appointment.  Therefore it is important to know the specific requirements of your insurance.

How long should I expect to be there during a scheduled visit? 

 We do our very best to see patients in a timely manner. We apologize in advance should there be a lengthy wait. We try to give the best attention to our patients and their concerns and needs. We will give you the same attention we give every patient before and after you.

What if I have a reaction to a prescription? 

Stop using the prescribed drug immediately. Contact us if the reaction is not an emergency, dial 9-1-1 if you are in need of urgent attention.

What should I do/not do if I have just had surgery or procedure?
